Not much is known about this machine. It was one of Edgar Hetteen's pet projects. 2 were built in the 1969 This one being the second. The first did not have independent rear suspension. There is AC purple under the yellow . It's powered by  a 340 Hirth. They were built in Arctic's empty new factory as it was being built. The dune buggies were then tested in Arizona. On the first day of testing in Arizona they kept blowing tires because of all the cactus. (email me if you know anything)
